To create an online call:
Go to the Cloud CRM section.
In the Schedule section, click Create and select New Call.
The system will create a call card. Go to the Consent section.
Select the Online Teams meeting checkbox. Additional fields for creating this call will open.
- Meeting Title — generated automatically; you can change the title.
Participants — enter the email addresses of all call participants. After entering an address, click the
icon. The system will validate the entered email address and add the user to the meeting participant list.
Enter the topics that need to be discussed during the call.
Select the call date and time.
Select the call type.
- Save the call. Click Save.
As a result, the system will create the corresponding call in the calendar and add this call to the Teams calendar.
The system will send an email invitation to the participants added to the call.
Note:
- If necessary, the user can make changes to the call.
- To cancel the call, select the call status Canceled
