A distribution sends a message from a content template to a target audience in Omni-Channel Marketing (OCM). You can send it immediately or schedule it.
Create a distribution
- Go to the Distribution tab.
- Click the + button.
- Click the icon of the communication channel: Push, Email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
- Fill in the fields of the dialog. The fields are described below.
- Click Save.
To create a distribution based on an existing one, click the copy icon next to it.
Note: Only the communication channels paid for by your company are available.
Distribution fields
| Field | What to enter |

| Distribution name | Required. The name shown in the list on the Distribution tab. |
| Product directions | Select the product directions for this distribution. To select all of them, click Add all product directions. |
| Labels | Labels assign the distribution to a specific type. They can also be used to generate statistics for that type. |
| For Medical Representative distribution | Select this checkbox if the distribution is intended for medical representatives. |
| Survey | Select this checkbox if the distribution contains a survey. |
| Sender Name | Select the name that recipients see as the sender. |
| Distribution date and time | Select when to send the distribution, or select Send now to send it immediately. |
| Target Audience | Required. Select the audience that receives the distribution. The approximate number of recipients appears below the field. |
| Parent distribution | Optional. To make this distribution the next step after another one, select that distribution. Otherwise, leave the field empty. |
| Track link clicks | Select this checkbox to convert the links in the message and collect click statistics. See Tracking Link Clicks in a Distribution. |
| Viber Template | Select the content template to send. The name of this field depends on the channel. After you select a template, the dialog shows its content. |
Additional field for email
The email dialog also has the Language of unsubscribe message field. Select the language of the unsubscribe text in the email.
