PDF Compression for Large Files
We've introduced automatic PDF compression to improve performance on mobile devices and optimize file storage. This update ensures a smoother experience with PDF uploads while reducing sync time and file size on mobile devices.
Cycle Plan
Quick Copy for Cycle Plan Details
We've added a quick copy feature to streamline editing cycle plans by allowing users to efficiently copy brands, presentations, and promo materials between cycle plan details (HCP groups).
This update enhances efficiency and ensures a smoother editing experience when working with cycle plans.
Consent Management
Consent Export with Photos
We've added a new permission in the Consent Manager that allows users to export consent lists along with the photos of collected consents. This update enhances data accessibility and compliance management.

Visit Planning for Institution Employees
Users can now schedule visits for individual or multiple employees directly from the "Employees" tab in the institution card. New options allow quick selection, bulk scheduling, and viewing the last visit date.
Improved Filter Management
We’ve revamped the filter system, making it more intuitive and flexible. Users can now easily apply filters, add them to their favorites, and quickly switch between them in client and institution views. The updated interface allows for fast filter selection, with support for multi-selection and clear options to apply or reset filters. Filters can be organized and managed directly in the filter panel for an enhanced experience.
Photo Management
Improved Photo Management
This update revamps the photo upload UI and UX, simplifying the process and improving usability. Users can now easily add, replace, and tag photos with an improved flow. Existing tags are preserved when replacing photos, and the tagging process is streamlined with notifications to ensure tags are added before saving. Flutter Web support is also introduced for photo viewing.

Zendesk Chatbot Integration
We've integrated Zendesk Chatbot and Knowledge Base into the web app for seamless support. Users can now chat with a bot or live agents, access FAQs, and view support contacts based on their role. The chat automatically authorizes users and retains conversation history. A new "Help & Support" section is available with improved navigation and localization.
