1. OVERVIEW
This release focuses on flexibility, clarity, and reliability across CRM, GeoForce and Power BI dashboards, helping teams work faster, make better decisions, and trust their data.
You can now adapt CRM to your business processes using Custom Objects, manage inventory and materials more transparently, and control what users see and do through improved admin capabilities. Field teams benefit from cleaner forms, clearer limits, and more accurate analytics, while managers gain better visibility across teams and territories.
GeoForce becomes more actionable with direct synchronization to CRM responsibilities, smarter territory balancing based on real travel time, and clearer visual planning on the map.
Reporting and analytics are more reliable thanks to accurate recalculations in Sales and POI data, real-time dashboards refresh, and multiple data accuracy fixes.
Overall, this release reduces manual work, improves planning confidence, and ensures that what you see in the system reflects real-world activity—from visits and territories to inventory, consents, and communications.

Major Features
Custom Objects Management
The system now supports Custom Objects – flexible data structures that allow you to adapt the CRM to specific business processes without modifying the core platform.
Custom Objects Creation and Access Management through the Admin Panel
Administrators can create custom objects with unique fields to store business-specific data.
Administrators can configure access permissions for custom objects based on user profiles (view, edit, etc.).
Relationships with System Objects
Each custom object can be linked to up to two system objects, enabling seamless integration of new entities into the existing CRM data model.Working with Custom Objects
CRM Web Version
Users can view and work with custom object records through the web interface according to their assigned access rights.Mobile Application
Users can now work with custom objects in the mobile app when connected to the internet.
New Capabilities
Web version for Material Manager Module: The "Inbound Stock," "Inventory Balance," and "Inventory Write-off" modules are now fully functional in the Web interface, mirroring the mobile app.
Inventory Tracking from Order Card
Users can now record product stock balances directly from the order card and save them to the CRM database. This allows to get better visibility into product availability and more reliable data for planning and decision-making.
Management visibility of fields in Visit Forms: Administrators can now control which fields are visible in visit forms directly from the admin panel. Irrelevant or unnecessary fields are automatically hidden. Users spend less time navigating forms and can focus on capturing the right data during visits.
Flexible Limit Periods for Materials Distribution
Users can now flexibly configure the active period for material and sample distribution limits during visits.
On-Demand Refresh for Power BI Reports from CRM & Access Management
Authorized users with Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) licenses can trigger real-time dataset refreshes directly from CRM. Updated reports open immediately in Power BI Cloud for instant analysis of the latest data.
CRM administrators can grant or revoke user access to on-demand data refresh and viewing of refreshed Power BI reports directly from the CRM admin panel.
This eliminates the need for manual Azure configuration and centralizes access management within CRM.
Minor Additions
Last Visit Date Across Team Hierarchy
The “Facility” and “Customer” tabs now display the date of the most recent visit, taking into account visits performed by all subordinate users within the hierarchy.
3. IMPROVEMENTS
CRM:
UX improvements: Multiselect fields can now be collapsed by default in cards, making screens cleaner and easier to navigate.
GeoForce:
Territory Balancing Improved. Territories of a Medical Representative are now aligned with the defined isochrone zones (travel-time boundaries).
Better synchronization between GeoForce and CRM: users can now directly sync colored territories with responsibility assignments in CRM. Territory results can be applied for a single user or for all users at once. Users can also filter what to send to CRM: organizations and/or clients, organizations by type or clients by specialty.
Data Accuracy: Sales and POI data recalculations in the grid now accurately reflect updated territory boundaries and selected product directions.
Visual Planning enhancement: Added the ability to select a custom user color when creating free-draw bricks in GeoForce, making it easier to distinguish overlapping territories.
Specialist Count Visualization Improved. The number of specialists updates dynamically when the HCP amount layer is enabled and the zoom level changes.
4. BUG FIXES
CRM:
Consent Display Issue Fixed. The full consent text and signature are now clearly visible on the screen. The unnecessary bottom spacing has been removed.
Consent Archive and Report Consistency Fixed. The number of images in the consent archive now fully matches the number of records in the report.
The order date is now available in the consent window and can be adjusted when needed.
Presentation view time is now recorded correctly and reflects real user interaction.
Users can now quickly find and select presentations using search during a visit.
Video messages in Viber are now processed and delivered more reliably.
Newly created and renamed storages are now correctly synced and available without reinstalling the app.
Label name changes in content templates are now saved and updated correctly.
When a ticket is moved to another date in the calendar, the correct date is now saved and displayed.
All “Target Institution Frequency (New)” report columns now show complete and accurate data.
Planning mode now correctly switches to horizontal (landscape) view on Android 16.
Double-clicking a visit now opens only one visit card in full-screen Schedule view.
Fixed consistent visibility of visit activity when planning and filtering contacts.
Content is now filtered accurately across multiple communication channels selected at once.
Search in Campaign Creation Fixed. Users can now search and quickly find the required parent campaign and template.
