Cycle Plan
This release introduces the following new functionality:
- Added the ability to manage medications within cycle plans through the web interface. Users can now add new medications to existing plans or remove them as needed. This improvement enhances flexibility and convenience when working with plan details, allowing quick updates without the need to create a new plan.
- Added functionality to manage brands, promotional materials, and CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content directly within the details of cycle plans via the web interface. This allows users to efficiently add, remove, or update these elements as part of plan details, improving plan customization and workflow.
PDF Slide Preview in Presentations
We’ve implemented a new feature that enables users to preview PDF slides within the CRM presentation viewer. When uploading PDF presentations via the CLM Manager, the system now automatically generates slide thumbnails after compression (if selected) and packages them in a .pdf.zip archive. On mobile, users can view these thumbnails in a side menu, navigate between slides more efficiently, and see which slide is currently active. The viewer supports both new .pdf.zip files and older .pdf presentations. Performance has been optimized to ensure smooth transitions and responsive loading even for large files (up to 500 MB). Full interaction statistics (opening, browsing, and selecting slides) are tracked across supported target devices.
Client Consent Date
A new personalization variable has been added to support the dynamic insertion of the client's latest consent date into communications. The date is formatted as YYYY-MM-DD to ensure consistency across communication channels. This enhancement enables more accurate and compliant messaging based on real-time consent data. The new variable is available in all communication types that support personalization.
Automatic Assignment of Subordinate in Copied Visits
A new enhancement streamlines the process of copying subordinate visits in CRM. When a user copies a visit from a subordinate’s schedule to their own, the system can now automatically populate the field with the subordinate’s ID. This ensures a faster setup of joint visits by pre-filling the information of the responsible participant. This update enhances efficiency and improves accuracy in collaborative visit planning.
Task Manager
This release introduces the following new functionality:
- We have introduced the ability to create tasks in bulk directly from the Instant Messages (IM) module. Managers and top managers can now assign the same task to multiple employees simultaneously, streamlining task distribution. This new feature enhances communication efficiency and simplifies control over task execution.
- A new “My Tasks” widget has been added to the user's Home Page to display upcoming, overdue, and scheduled tasks from the basic Task Manager. This enhancement helps CRM users stay on top of their priorities and avoid missing deadlines by providing quick access to their task list directly from the dashboard.
- A new Task Report page has been implemented, allowing managers and administrators to view tasks in a list format with filtering options and detailed columns. Users can click into individual tasks for a closer look, enabling better progress tracking, overdue detection, and effective team task management.
- Implemented logic to automatically display tasks in the Calendar module when the Add to Calendar flag is enabled during task creation. This feature helps CRM users view tasks within the context of their schedule and respond to them more efficiently.
