This release delivers Brand card parity on web, improved visit detailing, and key fixes for a smoother, more consistent CRM experience.
Brand Card in the Web App
We have extended the Brand card functionality to the web version of Cloud CRM, ensuring full alignment with the mobile app.
Key improvements:
Users can now view and edit brand information in the web version, with the same fields, layouts, and business logic as in the mobile app.
Administrators can configure the Brand card in the web app with validation rules and logic identical to mobile, ensuring data integrity and a consistent user experience across platforms.
Both view and edit modes are supported, allowing users to update brand details according to business rules and save changes seamlessly.
Data entered in the web app is automatically synchronized with the mobile app (and vice versa), preserving continuity across devices.
Filtering and sorting of brands by product direction, promo line, and alphabetically are fully supported.
Additional business logic — including percentage distribution for promotions, photo requirements, surveys, tactical card fields, and brand description fields — has been implemented in line with the mobile version.
The ability to add or remove brands can be restricted for certain visit types.
All options and functions listed in the reference documentation have been verified and implemented for the web version.
Why it matters:
The Brand card is a critical tool for recording product discussions with customers during visits. With this release, users can now work with it seamlessly on both web and mobile, without losing functionality, logic, or data synchronization.
