The Proxima Cloud CRM 10 major release introduces several new features, along with visible user and behavioral changes.
Our release notes provide concise, high-level descriptions of the enhancements and new features.
Features
GeoForce
New GeoForce 2.0
GeoForce 2.0 now operates entirely on the Google Maps platform. All core functionalities from the original version have been transferred, providing improved stability, map precision, and better overall performance.
The interface has been redesigned with a modern look and feel. The updated layout improves clarity and user experience across all key features, while maintaining familiar workflows to ease the transition.
Routes
Marker Clustering on the Map
Marker clustering has been introduced to enhance the usability of the Routes functionality. When multiple markers are located close to each other, they are now grouped into clusters, making the map clearer and easier to navigate. This helps users efficiently manage dense areas and improves overall map performance.
Platform
Redesigned Cards with Two-Column Layout
The layout of cards has been redesigned to use a two-column structure. This update improves information density and readability by organizing content into clearer, more structured sections. Users can now view key data at a glance without excessive scrolling, enhancing efficiency and navigation.
Administrators now have access to layout configuration settings that support field arrangement within a two-column layout. The interface is fully responsive — when the device is rotated to portrait mode, the layout automatically adjusts to a single-column view for optimal readability and usability on mobile screens.
Full-Screen View for Sections and Redesigned Custom List Items
All sections now expanded into full-screen view, allowing users to focus on specific information without distractions. This improves usability when working with detailed or dense content.
Additionally, custom list items within these sections have been redesigned for better clarity and consistency. The updated layout improves visual hierarchy, making it easier to scan and interpret key information across lists.
Analytics
Deep Linking from Native Analytics
New methods have been added to the native analytics module, enabling direct actions from report views. Users can now open institution and client cards directly from analytical dashboards, as well as initiate visit creation without leaving the report context. This streamlines workflows and improves efficiency when acting on insights.
New Power BI Embedded Reports
Several new embedded Power BI reports have been developed to enhance field activity analysis:
-
Custom Survey Analysis: A report designed to track and analyze the completion of client-specific surveys, helping teams monitor engagement and response quality.
-
Visit Detail Report: Provides granular insights into visit activity with day-level breakdowns, allowing for deeper analysis of field operations and team performance.
-
Route Compliance Report: An interactive report that highlights adherence to distance and visit closure time rules. Users can drill down into specific days and directly access the route functionality to view daily results on the map. This improves transparency and supports effective route planning and compliance tracking.
