The Proxima Cloud CRM 10.1 minor release introduces several new features, along with visible user and behavioral changes.
Our release notes provide concise, high-level descriptions of the enhancements and new features.
Features
Admin Tool
GeoForce Territory Management on User Deactivation
We've added a new flow to manage user territories during deactivation.
Admins are now prompted to either transfer territories to another active user or delete them to prevent data loss or incorrect assignment.
The system supports selecting different users per product line and ensures updates across all non-archived map versions.
New Centralized Navigation Interface
We've introduced a new centralized homepage in Admin Tool to simplify navigation across modules and features.
Admins can now easily access available functions grouped by modules, with localized names, quick search (including synonyms), and responsive grid layout.
The system displays only the modules and features based on user permissions, ensuring a personalized and streamlined experience.
Analytics
Promo Materials (Samples) Dashboard
We've updated the Promo Materials dashboard with two tabs based on the new data structure.
The dashboard now displays:
-
Total promo stock received per employee
-
Promo materials distributed
-
Automatically calculated promo stock balances over selected periods
This ensures more accurate tracking, faster performance, and alignment with the updated data model.
HCP/HCO Coverage Dashboard
We've added a new HCP/HCO Coverage dashboard to monitor territory coverage versus the total universe.
Key features include:
-
KPI tiles showing total and covered organizations and specialists, with coverage percentages
-
Filters by product line and visit depth (month, quarter, year)
- Separate tabs with detailed tables for all doctors (HCP) and institutions (HCO) with flexible column selection from CRM data
This update provides better visibility into coverage performance and supports more detailed analysis across territories.
Clients/Institutions
Improved List items display for Long Texts
We've updated the client and institution lists to fully display long names, addresses, and categories without cutting off or overlapping content.
Fields now automatically adjust their height to fit the text in both portrait and landscape modes, ensuring all information remains visible without restrictions.
GeoFroce
Advanced Territory Balancing Using ORS Isolines
We've introduced a new feature that enables territory balancing based on isolines generated with OpenRouteService (ORS).
Isolines represent areas reachable from a starting point within a specified distance or travel time — for example, all locations within 100 km of driving distance.
With this update:
-
Users can build isolines for each user based on automobile travel (e.g., 200 km driving radius).
-
Isolines respect country borders and exclude disconnected enclaves to ensure valid balancing.
-
The system automatically adapts isoline size and shape based on real-world road networks rather than simple straight-line distances.
-
Users can specify distance (km) or time (minutes), define custom isoline names, and easily select isolines for balancing.
-
Isolines are generated asynchronously, so users can continue working while the calculation runs.
Benefits:
-
More accurate balancing based on real travel conditions, not just geometric distance.
-
Optimized workloads for reps and field teams by limiting daily travel.
-
Flexible balancing for different transport modes in future expansions.
-
Improved data quality, by automatically handling disconnected areas (enclaves) and focusing only on reachable territories.
This new mechanism brings territory planning closer to real-world conditions, ensuring better efficiency, smarter coverage, and improved user experience.

Card Layout Configuration
We've introduced two display modes for entity cards: fullscreen two-column layout (default) and half-screen single column layout.
Users can manually switch modes per section when in landscape orientation, with preferences saved locally across app sessions.
Admins can override default display settings or restrict user control based on roles.
The system preserves scroll position during transitions, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience.
