In the settings of the marketing campaign execution scenario, you need to enter the following information:
Name – the name of the scenario.
Note:
A marketing campaign can be executed using several scenarios. This means that the user can add multiple execution scenarios.
“Active” toggle – if the toggle is activated, the scenario is active in the system and is executed.
Description – a brief description of the scenario.
Validity period – define the validity period of the scenario. The start date and end date are selected from the calendar.
The next step is to create the scenario execution conditions. To create the conditions, click the “Next” button. After that, the corresponding form will open.
