After configuring the scenario, you need to define the actions that will be performed after a successful check.
To do this, click the “Next” button and select the appropriate action.
Building the “Property Check” scenario execution
For example, you need to check whether an order was completed in one of two pharmacies, while the order is placed by one of the representatives on a specific date.
To do this, you need to select the institutions to be checked, select the representatives who place orders, and specify the order dates.
To build this scenario:
From the “Condition” drop-down list, select “Check property”.
Next, select the “Pharmacy Name” parameter and select the institution for which the scenario should be triggered.
Note:
The scenario may include several institutions. In this case, we check whether the order was completed in one institution or another.
Next, select several representatives who can place the order. To do this:
Click “Group”.
In the conditions, select “Check property”.
Select “Representative” and choose the representative to be checked from the list.
Select the potential order completion dates.
To select dates, create a settings group again by clicking “Groups”, select “Check properties” from the condition drop-down list, and select the scenario creation parameter “Creation Date”.

Building the “Availability Check” scenario execution
For example, you need to check the availability of a specific product in a defined quantity.
To build this scenario:
From the “Condition” drop-down list, select “Check availability”.
After that, select the product availability check parameters.
In this scenario, you need to check the availability of Nimesil in a quantity greater than 50.
To do this:
Click the “Filter” button, select the “Product Name” parameter, and choose the required product from the drop-down list.
Click the “Filter” button again, select the “Product Quantity” parameter, and enter the required product quantity for which the scenario should be executed.
Note:
For the scenario to be triggered, the product quantity can be less than, equal to, greater than, etc. the entered quantity. To do this, select the corresponding operator from the drop-down list.
Or, the scenario should be executed if the order does not contain a specific product.
To do this:
From the “Condition” drop-down list, select “Check availability”.
In the check parameters, select “None”.
Click the “Filter” button, select the “Product Name” parameter, and choose the required product from the drop-down list.
Or, the scenario should be executed if each row in the medical representative’s order is filled in.
To do this:
From the “Condition” drop-down list, select “Check availability”.
In the check parameters, select “Each”.
Click the “Filter” button, select the “Product Quantity” parameter, and choose the required quantity from the drop-down list.
Building the “Calculation Check” scenario execution
For example, you need to check whether the total order amount for a specific product, Nimesil, equals 1000.
To do this:
From the “Condition” drop-down list, select “Check calculation”.
Select the following parameters:
Amount
Product
Price without discount
Equals
1000
Select the products whose orders are checked in the scenario:
Click the “Filter” button and select the “Product Name” parameter.
Select the product from the drop-down list.
Note:
For the scenario to be triggered, you can select several products. This means the scenario will be triggered when the order contains one of the selected products.
