The Report dashboard consists of the following elements:
1 - Filters — used to select report parameters. Filters allow users to narrow the report data by period, user, distribution, contact, content, and other available attributes. All selected filters affect the data displayed in the detailed table.
2 - KPI Buttons and Measurements — used to customize the report view and select the required performance metric.
3 - Detailed Report Table — provides a detailed overview of communication performance by selected dimensions.
