The Detailed Report Overview Table displays communication performance across available communication channels in one detailed table. It helps users compare planned, sent, delivered, read, visited, undelivered, and unsent results for each selected content item or reporting dimension.
Users can filter the table by communication channel, select KPI buttons, and customize the table structure using the Measurements panel.
The KPI buttons above the table allow users to focus the report on a selected performance metric.
When a KPI button is selected, the table emphasizes the selected metric and displays the result by the selected dimensions.
Business Questions
The Detailed Report Overview Table helps answer the following business questions:
- How many communications were planned for each content item?
- How many planned communications were successfully sent?
- What percentage of planned communications was sent?
- How many sent communications were delivered to recipients?
- What percentage of sent communications was delivered?
- How many delivered communications were read by recipients?
- What percentage of delivered communications was read?
- How many communications resulted in link visits?
- Which content items show the highest or lowest performance?
- How do results differ by communication channel, such as email, sms, Viber, or WhatsApp?
- Which dimensions should be added to the table for deeper campaign analysis?
Content Type Filter
The Content type filter allows users to display communication results for a specific channel.
Available values include:
- sms
- viber
Measurements Selection
The Measurements panel allows users to customize the table structure by selecting which dimensions should be displayed.
Selected measurements become columns in the detailed table. This allows users to group and analyze report data by different business dimensions.
