Proxima CRM can exchange data with external services. An administrator sets up each integration in the Integrations section of the Admin Tool.
Available integrations

| Axioma DB | Imports client and institution data by country, region, institution type and client position. |
| SKU catalog | Connects the external BDLS directory so that the SKU catalog in Proxima CRM always has up-to-date Axioma (Morion) product codes. |
| Online stocks | Shows online stock levels, including stock in nearby pharmacies. |
| Salesforce Data-bridge | Imports data from Salesforce. |
| Distributor Reporting | Shows which companies a distributor shipped products to. |
| IQVIA OneKey | Exchanges data about doctors and institutions with the IQVIA OneKey database. |
| Electronic Orders | Connects electronic orders with the selected suppliers in a country. |
| Outlook Calendar | Connects Proxima CRM to Outlook Calendar. |
Important: Proxima CRM has no built-in integration with 1C, SAP or other ERP and accounting systems. If you need to exchange data with such a system, contact the Proxima team to discuss the options.
