Section HCO's (Institutions) displays a database of pharmacies and hospitals in the work area.

Users can do the following:

• Search and filter institutions
• Add a new institution
• Edit the Institution's card
• Create a call from the institution card
• Manage responsibility for the Institution
• Schedule a visit for one selected person
• Schedule a visit for all Institution staff
• View the history of all previous calls and tasks
• Move the Institution to the Archive
