When users open the HCO section, the application displays the complete list of the institutions added to the system.
Users can search for particular institutions and use filters.
Search institutions
To search, use the field at the top of the list.
Note: The search field displays the total number of institutions in the system.
To start searching, type your search parameter in the field. The application will display the institution list according to the search parameter.
Filter institutions
Users can display institutions according to specific criteria.
To turn on/off the filter, click the icon at the top of the institution list ().
The application displays a filter by default; users can also add additional filters.
Click the filter icon to display two preset filters: Only my HCO's and HCO's in the archive.
- Only my HCO's filter - select 'On' to display all institutions where the user is Responsible.
- HCO's in the archive - select On if you need to display archived institutions in the list.
To set additional filters, click the More button ().
To remove the filter from the list of active filters, click the Remove button.
