To manage user lists, which are responsible for the institution:

1. Go to the HCO's section in the Proxima CRM system.
2. Select the Institution from the list.
3. Go to the Responsible tab in the Institution card.

4. Click the Add button to add a user to the responsible list.

5. Select a user from the list.

Note: Click the delete icon to delete the user from the list of responsible users.
