To create a new Call, please do the following:
- Go to the Schedule section.
- Click the Create button.
3. Click the New Call button.
4. In the Call Creation dialog:
- System data section - optional fields. Select data if needed.
- HCO and HCP section - mandatory field. Select, for example, the client (HCP), and the system fills other fields automatically (based on the information added to the institution/client card).
- Select the Call type from the list. Mandatory field.
- Add the planned call date and time.
- Add materials for call (presentation, etc) - optional fields.
5. Click the Save button.
