Calls and tasks in the Schedule

Users can distinguish between calls and tasks in the schedule. They have the difference in colors depending on the company seetings.

Standards calls users can create in the application:

  • Double Call - Users create a double call visit conducted by an supervisor with the medical representative.
  • Group Event - Users create a group event, if the medical representative visit a group of clients.
  • HCP Call - Users create a HCP call, if the medical representative visit one particular client.
  • Pharmacy Call - Users create a Pharmacy Call, if the medical representative visit one particular Institution.
