Section Schedule displays planned tasks and calls for the current day.
Note: To plan a call, please navigate to the Institution or Client card and click the 'New Call' button.
Detailed information:
In the Schedule section, users can manage calls and tasks:
- Create a new call/task
- Edit the call/task status
- Cancel the activity, etc.
Users can change the schedule view - to display the schedule for one day or a selected week.
Also, users can view calls and tasks for the previous or future days. Click on the arrows to select the day.
