Balancing parameters are selected after start points have been set for all users.

To select balancing parameters:

1. Click on the balance icon .

   

2. In the balancing parameters window, choose key criteria such as:

• Region

• Territory compactness

• Turnover

• Types of institutions

• Specialization

  

Important:
At the top of the form, the sum of the balancing parameters is displayed. This sum must be less than or equal to 100. Select the parameters you consider necessary to automatically color the territories for employees and balance them according to the chosen characteristics.

3. Click the Start button. The system will begin searching for the optimal distribution of territories based on the selected parameters.

4. The best distribution of territories will be displayed on the map.

   

5. To save the territory distribution, click the save changes icon .

6. To adjust the borders of the colored territory, click the drawing/edit icon () and drag the territory boundaries as needed.
