Plans in the Inbox section appear after the FF Manager distributes these plans to you.
A distributed plan is marked with the status assigned.
After that, you can review the plan, proceed to its distribution, and perform other actions.

To work with plans (edit, approve, and other actions), select the required action from the list that appears when you click the icon in the Actions column.

You can choose the following actions:

• Edit – opens the editing (distribution) mode of plans by medical representatives’ territories.

• Validate – final approval of the plans by the medical representatives’ territories. This option becomes active after the plan has been approved (via the Approve action).

• Approve – approve the distributed plans by the medical representatives’ territories.

• Download – download a file with the product plan for medical representatives’ territories to your computer.

• Send to e-mail – send a file with the product plan by medical representatives’ territories to your or another person’s email.
