The Cycle Plan widget shows on the Home Page of Proxima Cloud CRM how the cycle plan is being met, without opening the full CRM Analytics report. Four gauges show the progress for calls, promotions, coverage and frequency, and tell you whether you are on pace for today and how much is left to do before the end of the cycle.
Medical representatives see their own figures, and managers see their team's. The widget uses the same calculation as the full CRM Analytics report, so the numbers always match.
How the widget helps
- See the situation at a glance. The color of each gauge shows immediately whether you are on track (green), slightly behind (amber) or seriously behind (red).
- Plan your day. The widget shows how many calls, promotions or new clients you need per day to close the plan on time.
- React early. The pace shows a lag in the middle of the cycle, while there is still time to catch up, not at its end.
- Save time. You don't need to open the full report to check the plan: the key figures are on the Home Page.
Adding the widget in Admin Tool
The widget is added by an administrator as a Power BI widget based on the CRM Analytics report.
- Open Admin Tool and go to Cloud CRM settings → Widget.
In the layout list at the top, select the layout you want to change. Default layout applies to all users; layouts named after profiles, for example User_EN, apply only to users with that profile. This lets you show the widget only to certain roles.
- Click Add widget. The Add widget panel opens.
In the Reports section, fill in the required fields:
- Kind: Power BI;
- Report: CRM Analytics Enhanced;
- Report page: Cycle Plan KPIs.
- Click Save. The new widget appears in the list as Power BI-CRM Analytics Enhanced.
Configure the widget in the list:
- turn it on with the toggle next to its name;
- select its size: S, M, L or Full (the full width of the Home Page is recommended, so that all four gauges fit);
- to change its position on the Home Page, drag the widget by the handle on the left of its name.
Check the result in the Preview panel on the right. You can switch between the desktop, tablet and phone views.
- Click Save at the top of the page.
Important: Users see the widget only if it is turned on. In the mobile app, the widget appears after the user runs Synchronization.
Note: To undo all changes in a layout, click Reset to default. To leave the page without saving, click Cancel.
Finding the widget
Open the Home section of Proxima Cloud CRM. The widget is shown in the CRM Analytics Enhanced block under the title Cycle plan. To open it full screen, click the expand icon in the top right corner of the block.
Reading the widget
Period
The line Selected period · current cycle under the title shows the dates from the start of the current cycle to today, for example 01/10/2026 – 20/10/2026. All figures in the widget are calculated for this period.
Elements of a gauge
Each KPI is shown as a semicircular gauge with the same elements:
| Element | What it means |
|---|---|
| Large number in the center | The actual value achieved in the current cycle. |
| of … PL | The plan for the whole cycle. |
| Cycle % | How much of the plan for the whole cycle is already done: actual ÷ cycle plan. This badge is always gray. |
| Pace % | Whether you are on track for today: actual ÷ plan to date. The color of the gauge and of this badge depends on the pace. |
| Vertical mark on the gauge | PL to date: where the actual value should be today. |
| … left · … / day to close | How much is left to reach 100% of the cycle plan, and how much you need per working day to close it on time (rounded up). |
How the pace is calculated
The cycle plan is spread evenly across the working days of the cycle. The plan to date is the part of the plan that should be done by today:
Plan to date = Cycle plan × Working days passed ÷ Working days in the cyclePace % = Actual ÷ Plan to date
Today counts as a passed working day. Working days left doesn't include today.
| Pace | Color | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 100% and above | Green | You are on pace or ahead of the plan. |
| 80–100% | Amber | You are slightly behind the plan. |
| Below 80% | Red | You are seriously behind the plan. |
Tip: Cycle % and Pace % answer different questions. In the middle of the cycle, a cycle completion of 50% is normal, and the pace shows whether you are actually behind. Watch the pace and the gauge color first.
The four KPIs
Calls (shown as VISITS on the widget)
The number of unique completed calls in the current cycle compared with the planned number of calls.
Promotions
The weighted volume of promotional activity. Each call type has its own promotional weight, so the widget shows the sum of the weights of all completed calls compared with the promotion plan. This is the same indicator as Call Equivalent (CE) in the Cycle Plan dashboard.
Coverage
The number of unique clients (doctors and organizations) who had at least one completed call in the cycle, compared with the planned coverage. Repeated calls to the same client don't increase coverage.
Frequency
The average number of completed calls per planned client:
Actual frequency = Actual calls ÷ Planned coveragePlanned frequency = Planned calls ÷ Planned coverage
Instead of the daily rate, the frequency gauge shows how much is left to reach the target: … to reach target.
Note: Both frequency values are divided by the planned coverage, so the Cycle % and Pace % of frequency are always the same as for calls.
Summary row
The row at the bottom of the widget shows:
- AVG visits / day: the average number of completed calls per working day passed (actual calls ÷ working days passed);
- AVG duration, min: the average duration of a completed call, in minutes;
- Working days left: the number of working days until the end of the cycle, not counting today;
- the legend of the gauge colors and the PL to date mark.
Example
On the screenshot above, the cycle is October 2026, with 22 working days. On 20 October, 14 working days have passed and 8 are left.
- Calls: 74 of 100 planned. Cycle: 74 ÷ 100 = 74%. Plan to date: 100 × 14 ÷ 22 ≈ 63.6, so the pace is 74 ÷ 63.6 = 116.3% (green). 26 calls are left, which is 4 per day over the remaining 8 days.
- Coverage: 94 of 100 planned clients. Cycle 94%, pace 147.7%. 6 clients are left, 1 per day.
- Frequency: 74 ÷ 100 = 0.74 calls per client against a target of 100 ÷ 100 = 1.00. 0.26 is left to reach the target.
- AVG visits / day: 74 ÷ 14 = 5.3.
