Section "Schedule" displays your schedule in 30-minute time slots. The user can change the view to the 15-minute time slots.

You can do the following:

• Create a new call
• Create a new task
• Copy Task/Call
• Move Task/Call
• Close (complete) the task
• Close the Double Call as a Medical Representative
• Close the Double Call as a Supervisor
• Close the Pharmacy Call
• Close the HCP Call
• Cancel the Call
• Delete the Call
