Synchronization Widget
The Synchronization widget provides the following information:
- Option to perform synchronization.

- Synchronization information:
Green field - the application was synchronized with the database. A new synchronization can be performed as usual.
Yellow field - says that the user needs to synchronize the application with the database to receive new messages/updates.
Red field - indicates that user missed the syncronuzation with the database in the last 48 hours. A new syncronization must be performed as soon as possible.
- Date of the last manual and background synchronization.
Plan-Fact Widget for Cycle Plan

This widget provides the following information:
- overall statistics on the performance of the cycle plan
- current completion persentage as well as information on the number of visits completed and the total number of visits that need to be completed.
Click the
icon to view the Cycle Plan Report.
Visit Reminder Widget

This widget displays the following:
1. Current date - click the button ![]()
2. Selected date - click the
icon and select a date from the calendar.
3. The visit time and its name, as well as the reminder text and the option to go directly to the visit.
Note:
When closing a visit to a pharmacy or a client, you can enter information in the Reminder for the Next Visit field.
If such a visit is closed and the visit is rescheduled for the same institution and client, the remainder will be available in this widget for viewing.
Latest Messages Widget

This widget provides information about push notifications sent to the user.
Push notifications are displayed from the newest to the oldest, with unread messages highlighted in bold.
The preview shows the sender, the date sent, and the beginning of the message.
To open the message, click on it.
Three types of push notifications can be highlighted:
- Informational message with text.
- Request for synchronization with Cancel and Synchronize buttons.
- Messages received from a doctor through the CRM communication channels Telegram and WhatsApp.
Start Work Widget

Click the Start Work button to capture the device's coordinates, and after successful capture, a pop-up message will confirm the start of the workday.
After this, a timer (first digit is hours, second is minutes) will start, showing the amount of time since the Start Work button was pressed.
At the end of the workday, press End Workday.![]()
In the pop-up window, confirm the end of the workday.
After this, a pop-up notification will appear at the bottom confirming the end of the workday.
And the widget will display information about the working hours. Access to the start of work will open the next day.
