Note: Below is a description of the standard functionality.
To close the Double Call as s Supervisor, do the following:
1. Open the employee's schedule by clicking on the employee selection icon.

2. Select the required date.
3. Click on the pencil icon (
)
4. Select the calls conducted as double calls.
5. Click the Copy button at the bottom and copy the selected calls to the same date.
6. Switch to your profile by clicking the cross icon next to the employee's name in the schedule.
7. Click Edit button in the call.
8. Go to the Survey section.

9. Select the required survey.
10. Fill in the answers and, if necessary, provide comments. Click the Save button.
After entering all the information, change the Call state to Done (close) and press Save.
