Note:
With Voice-to-Visit functionality, users can complete a visit card with the voice.
- Speaking is 3x faster than typing - your summary takes about a minute.
- Recording right after the meeting is more accurate: details fade from memory within 30–60 minutes.
- Less evening admin work after 10+ visits a day.
Rules for a Good Recording
- Speak clearly, at your normal pace, away from heavy background noise where possible.
- Don't try to sound "official" — a natural first-person story works best.
- Order isn't critical — the system will sort it out. But following the hint's sequence guarantees you won't miss anything.
- Specifics win: catalog names, quantities, deadlines. Anything vague either lands in a field with reduced confidence or stays empty.
- One recording — one visit.
Fill the Card
To fill the card with the voice, do the following:
- Open the card from the schedule.
- Click the "Fill with voice" button.
As a result, the Describe your visit dialog appears.
- Describe the visit in free form.
IMPORTANT!
Your company configures the card fields —typically brands, agreements, materials, a reminder, and the visit outcome/next-visit objective. Follow the order of the on-screen hint:
# What to say How to say it 1 Which brands you discussed Name products exactly as they appear in your catalog. The system recognizes names even when spoken with pauses ("Alpa Fix" → "Alpafix"), but not abbreviations 2 What you agreed on As a separate action sentence: "agreed to prescribe to five patients", "the doctor will speak at the event" 3 Which materials you left or were asked for Always with the name and quantity: "left 5 samples of Zulu", "asked for the dosage brochure" 4 What to do before the next visit Start with a signal phrase: "need to bring…", "for the next visit…", "remind me to…" — the system picks these up reliably 5 Outcome / next-visit objective Your overall takeaway and the customer's attitude Example:
"Visited Dr. Carla, she's an endocrinologist. We discussed Alpafix — she has solid experience with it and agreed to speak at the upcoming event. I presented our new product Zulu, and she's ready to try it with her next patients. I left five samples of Zulu. She already prescribes Romeo but is concerned about side effects. For the next visit, bring the safety studies on Romeo and check how Zulu went. A positive visit."
Tap "Stop". The system shows a "Transcribing…" status and opens the review screen.
Note:
- On the "Transcription and changes" screen, each field shows two versions: the current one (left) and the system's suggestion (right) with a confidence level.
- "Medium confidence" and "Low confidence" mean look closer. Fields without a chip were filled with high confidence.
- An empty suggestion with low confidence means your summary lacked specifics — fill the field manually or re-record.
- The full transcript of your summary is at the bottom: you can always check what you actually said.
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk — the card can't be saved without them, regardless of the input method.
- Pick the version you want for each field, edit if needed — then tap "Keep this version".
