Section HCP's (Clients) displays a database of clients added to the CRM system.
Users can do the following:
- Search and filter clients
- View the Client card
- Sending a message through the different communication channels
- Add a new client to the system
- Edit the client's information
- Create a Call from the client's card
- View and delete the Consent Form
- Add/Edit the responsible person for the client
- View the history of all previous calls and tasks
- Move the Client to the Archive
