Users can send messages through the different communication channels available on the Client's card.
Messages consist of typical messages prepared according to pre-existing templates.
Users can send messages through the following communication channels:
- Sms
- Viber
- Telegram
- The user can also call the client.
Note: The communication channel list depends on the contact settings.
Make a call
To call the client from the client's card:
1. Click the icon .
2. The system initiates the call. Please wait, until the client answers the call.
Note: To interrupt the call, click the icon .
Send a message
Users can send a message through the following channels:
- email (
)
- sms (
)
- Viber (
)
- WhatsApp (
)
- Telegram (
)
To send a message:
- Select the desired communication channel and click the corresponding icon.
- Select the message through the template list.
- Click the Send icon.
Note: To get the message sent to the client, click the synchronization button in the application.
