Before adding a new Client, please follow the next recommendations:
- Check the list of active Clients.
- Check the list of archived Clients.
Note: If the Client card was not found in the active or archive database, then click the New HCP button and add a new Client to the list.
Check the list of active Clients
To check the list of active Clients:
- Go to the HCP's section and add a search parameter to the Search field (e.g., street, full name, etc.).
Check the list of archived Clients
To check the list of archived Clients:
- Go to the HCP's section.
- Apply filter "Customers in the archive" - On.
3. Search for the Client (use the search field).
If the desired Client is in the archive, check the reason for archiving.
Note:
- If the reason for archiving is Duplicate, find the original card in the active database and work with it.
- If the Client card displays another archive reason, edit the card, remove the archiving reason, and save it. After that, the card will be available in the active list.
