To create a call from the Client's card, do the following:
- Go to the HCP's section.
- Select the Client from the list.
- Click the New Call button.
4. In the Call creation dialog:
- Select the Cycle Plan from the list.
- Select the Invitation type.
- Select the call type.
- Select the call's start and end date.
- Select the call state:
Planned - the user plans a call for the upcoming hour/day/month. The user can modify the call or delete it.
Done - change the call status to Done after making the call. Users can't modify the call with a 'Done' status.
Canceled - user can cancel the call if it didn't take place for some reason. Users can't modify canceled calls, and the system doesn't display them in reports.
5. Click the Save button.
