Note: Users can't delete the Client from the database. Instead of deleting, users can move the Client card to the Archive.
To move the Client card to the Archive, do the following:
- Go to the HCP's section.
- Select the Client from the list and click the Edit button.
- Go to the Archive section and click on the Archive reason field.
4. Select the reason from the list.
5. Click the Save button.
Note: To reactivate the Client's card, open it in edit mode and delete the Archive reason. To delete the Archive reason, click the delete icon in the field.
