Double Call is a call when the Medical Representative visits an institution with the Supervisor.
In this case, the Medical Representative needs to close the call from their side. Then, the Supervisor needs to close the call from their side.
Note: Below is a description of the standard functionality.
To close the Double Call as a Medical Representative, do the following:
- Go to the Schedule section and click on the Double Call.
2. Click the Edit button in the Call card.
3. Go to the Reports section and click on the Watchers field.
4. Select the user(s) from the list and click the Save button.
Note: If the user adds a watcher accidentaly, click the delete icon to delete selected user from the Call card.
5. Click the Save button to save changes in the Call card.
