Note: The application displays the Pharmacy Call with the red stripe on the left side.
To close the Pharmacy call, do the following:
- Go to the Schedule section and click on the call in the Schedule.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. In the Edit mode of the Pharmacy call:
- Change the call mode to Done.
- Add the additional materials if needed. The material list depends on the company settings.
- Add reports, surveys, photos, etc.
- Add call result (add text to the field)
4. Click the Save button.
As a result, the application changes the call's color in the Schedule. Users can't edit and delete calls in the Done mode.
