Note: The application displays the HCP Call with the blue stripe on the left side.
To close the HCP call, do the following:
- Go to the Schedule section and click on the call in the Schedule.
- Click the Edit button.
3. In the Edit mode of the HCP call:
- Change the call mode to Done.
- Add the additional materials if needed. The material list depends on the company settings.
- Add reports, surveys, photos, etc.
- Add call result (add text to the field).
- Select the date of the next call if needed.
4. Click the Save button.
As a result, the application changes the call's color in the Schedule. Users can't edit and delete calls in the Done mode.
