Users can cancel the call if it did not take place for any reason.
To cancel the call, do the following:
- Go to the Schedule section and select the call you need to cancel.
- Click the Edit button on the call card.
- Go to the Call State section and select the Canceled state.
4. Click the Save button to save changes.
As a result, the application changes the call's color in the Schedule. Users can't edit and delete calls in the Cancel mode.
