The Cycle Plan dashboard is a Power BI report that compares planned vs actual field force activity for the selected period: calls, promotions, coverage and frequency, by employee, target group and category. It is also known as the cycle plan report or plan vs fact report.
Where to find it

On the Dashboard, click Power BI Reports.
-
Open the CRM Analytics report. Go to the Cycle Plan page.
Note: This is not the Cycle Plan Fact report in the Reports section of Proxima Cloud CRM. You see the dashboard only if your role has access to Power BI reports.

What's on the dashboard
- KPI cards at the top: Calls, Promotions, Coverage and Frequency. Each card shows the actual value, the plan (PL), the difference from the plan (ΔPL) and the completion percentage. Green means above the plan, red means below it.
- Tabs: Overview shows all KPIs per employee; Calls, Coverage and Frequency show the results by category, target group and employee; Promotions shows them by brand, target group and employee.
- Charts: actual (AC) vs plan (PL) and the difference (ΔPL) by category, target group and employee.
- Report filters on the left: period, year, quarter, month, supervisor, employee, employee direction and position, settlement, call type, target group and category.
- Notify Employee: sends a notification to the selected employee.
- Selected period and Last update: the dates of the data shown.
Important: The dashboard shows only synchronized CRM data. If employees haven't synchronized their apps, their latest calls may not appear yet.
