  • % — shows the percentage share of undelivered Viber messages for the selected reason.
  • Count — shows the number of undelivered Viber messages for the selected reason.

Example

In the screen example, the chart shows the distribution of reasons why Viber messages were not delivered.

The tooltip shows:

  • Reason_Undelivered_Viber: The recipient has blocked promotional messages on Viber
  • %: 50.51%
  • Count: 11419

This means that, during the selected reporting period, 11,419 Viber messages were not delivered because recipients blocked promotional messages on Viber. This reason represents 50.51% of all undelivered Viber messages.
