The Viber Measurements Selection panel allows users to customize the structure of the Detailed Viber Overview Table. By selecting a measurement from the Measurements table, users define the main dimension used in the detailed table.
The selected measurement appears as the first column of the table and determines how Viber performance data is grouped. The selected KPI button above the table defines which metric is displayed for that measurement.
Business Questions
The Viber Measurements Selection helps answer the following business questions:
- Which dimension should be used to analyze Viber communication performance?
- How do Viber results differ by content, employee, contact, company, region, or distribution?
- Which selected dimension has the highest or lowest Viber performance?
- Which content items, contacts, or distributions have unsent, undelivered, or low-performing Viber messages?
- Which dimension should be reviewed to identify issues in Viber campaign execution?
Available Measurements
The Measurements table contains dimensions that can be selected to change the detailed table structure.
How It Works
When a user selects a measurement, the detailed table is recalculated and grouped by the selected field.
The selected measurement becomes the first column of the table.
Example
In the screen example:
- Selected measurement: Content name
- Selected KPI: Sent, %
The table displays Sent, % values for each content item, such as:
- Cetrine_Derma_all_awareness_feb — 68.63%
- Cetrine_Derma_all_consider_feb — 100.00%
- Cetrine_ENTs_Pedia_consider_all_feb — 100.00%
- Cetrine_GP_ENTs_Pedia_awareness_all_feb — 82.68%
- Ciprolet_Surgeons_consideration_february — 84.60%
This means that the table is currently grouped by Content name and shows the percentage of planned Viber messages that were sent for each content item.
Note
Only one measurement should be selected at a time to clearly define the main table dimension. The selected measurement affects the table structure, while the selected KPI button defines which metric is displayed.
