3 - Message Delivery & Engagement Trends — shows SMS delivery and engagement dynamics over time.
4 - Reasons for unsent messages — displays the reasons why planned SMS messages were not sent. This chart helps users identify sending issues, such as duplicate records, failed messages, or other restrictions that prevented SMS delivery execution.
5 - Detailed SMS Overview Table — provides detailed operational SMS communication data. Users can compare planned, sent, delivered, visited, undelivered, and unsent SMS results by the selected table dimensions, such as content name, year, scenario name, ID content, direction, and other available fields.
