The SMS Reasons for Unsent Messages chart shows why planned SMS messages were not sent during the selected reporting period. The chart helps users identify the main reasons that prevented SMS messages from being sent and analyze the execution quality of SMS communications.
This visualization is useful for detecting duplicate records, missing recipient data, failed sending attempts, message limits, declined messages, or other issues that may affect SMS campaign execution.
