An error indicating the inability to create a visit to the institution occurs when closing the visit.
The error is because the client and the institution are not linked.
Pay attention to the Client and Institution fields in the visit.

Next, you need to open the contact profile and verify the link between the Institution (in this example, "17 on Loader Guest House") and the doctor's profile (in this example, "Zilioli Domenico"). Pay attention to the primary workplace and the doctor's additional workplaces.


In this case, we can see that the institution "17 on Loader Guest House" is not linked to the doctor's profile.
You must click Edit in the client's profile and specify the institution in the Additional Workplace section.

After that, access to closing the visit will be activated.

If the institution specified in the visit is not relevant, you can click on the Institution field and select a different institution.

After selecting it, the option to close the visit will also be available.
