When closing a call, if the distance field shows a message indicating that the company does not have coordinates, the following may apply:
- If your company uses a database from the verification department, simply wait for a week.
The reason is that the company is new and has not yet been verified, so it lacks reference coordinates for distance calculations. Once verification is complete, the coordinates will be added to the system, and the distance will be recalculated. - If your company does not use a verification department database, open the company’s profile and manually set the reference coordinate by clicking on the target icon.
