If a message appears stating that the client or company is archived, follow these steps (example for a client):
- If the client is no longer working, select a different client by clicking on the Client field in the call.
- If the client is still active, return to the Preview mode of the call and click on the Client field.
- In the client’s profile, click Edit.
- Remove the archive reason by clicking the X next to it and save the client profile.

After this, the client will become active, and the call can be completed.
