Consent Management

Centralized Consent Management

A new functionality has been introduced, allowing users with appropriate privileges to access a centralized view of all electronic consents collected by employees. The interface provides tools to filter consents, view detailed information including their status, and export selected consents either as a detailed report or as an archive containing consent photos.

HCO/HCP cards 

Territory Assignment Overview

Users can now view the territory ownership information for clients and institutions directly on the "Responsible" tab in their respective cards. This functionality is particularly useful for users who utilize GeoForce to manage territorial divisions into bricks, providing a clear and efficient way to track and analyze territory ownership.

Enhanced Activity History in HCO/HCP Cards

We’ve expanded the functionality of the activity history tab in HCO/HCP cards to provide more detailed insights. Activity Statistics Breakdown now include a detailed breakdown by call types and task types, offering a clearer view of interactions and tasks associated with each HCO or HCP. A legend for visit statuses has been added to enhance clarity and ensure users can easily interpret the data.

OCM

Last Sent Date for Approved OCM Content

Users can now view the last sent date of each approved OCM content piece before resending it to a client. On the selection screen, the last sent date is displayed. This feature enhances visibility and ensures better tracking of content distribution history.

Telegram Channel Management

Added Admin panel support for managing Telegram channels:

• Configure Telegram Bots with unique alphanames and country-specific settings.
• Enforce single default channel per type and prevent duplicates.

Streamlined channel management for better control and efficiency.

Platform 

Role Duplication with Settings and Layout Transfer

A new feature has been added to streamline user role management: the ability to duplicate an existing role. When duplicating a role, all associated settings, privileges, and card layouts are automatically transferred, simplifying the process of creating roles with similar configurations.

Controlled Access for Technical Support

Clients can now grant time-limited "login as" access to Proxima specialists for support. A new admin section enables granting/revoking access, with emergency termination options. Access is restricted to client organization admins for enhanced security.

Geo Layers and Polygons Integration

Introduced a new feature allowing users to request and load geographic layers and polygons directly into the system. This feature simplifies geographic data management and ensures accurate, up-to-date information.

Routes

New Service "Routes Tracker"

The "Routes Tracker" service, powered by Google Maps and Google Maps API, is now available. It offers visualization for planned, actual, and tracker routes with advanced filtering options and timezone support. Key features include detailed route types, visit duration calculations, enhanced map zoom, and marker scaling.

Minor Enhancements

• The calendar now offers faster day-to-day navigation in the schedule view, thanks to optimized calculations.
• The performance and reliability of push notifications on iOS devices have been optimized for a smoother user experience.
• The format for importing and exporting user lists has been updated from CSV to Excel, providing improved compatibility and ease of use.
• Recurring events are now fully supported and displayed during synchronization with Outlook Calendar.
• The ability to track the source used when obtaining user consent has been added. Users can now analyze consents by source, such as digital signatures, photos taken with a device, or photos selected from the gallery.
