Sometimes users schedule calls with the same clients or institutions on a recurring basis. Instead of creating new calls each time, you can use the Copy function.
Similarly, if you need to create a task spanning multiple days (e.g., a one-week vacation), you can create a task for the first day and then use the Copy function.
Important Notes!
Copying is only possible for current and future dates.
If you need to copy an activity to a past date, you can copy it to a future date first, then contact technical support to request moving it to the correct past date. Support will be happy to assist you.
Activities can be copied from any status, and the copied activity will always appear in the Planned state.
If you copy calls from a subordinate’s profile, they will always be copied to the main user's profile.
Copying is available in Day View and Week View.
