When closing a call, you may see a significant distance displayed:
Or receive a message at the bottom of the CRM system indicating that not all permissions have been granted.
Below, we outline the necessary settings to check on your device.
1. Checking and Enabling the GPS Module for the System
If a message appears at the bottom of the CRM system indicating that not all permissions are enabled, tap on it. A new window will open—tap Allow.
In the next window, select Precise and While using the app.
Then, switch to Allow all the time and ensure that Precise Location is enabled.
Also, grant permission for pop-up windows.
Go to Permissions → Location. Ensure that location access is set to Always and that Precise Location is enabled.
2. Checking the GPS Module Functionality
Open Settings on your tablet. Scroll down and select Location.
Ensure that Location Access is enabled.
Open Location Services and check that: Wi-Fi Scanning is enabled, Bluetooth Scanning is enabled.
3. Checking the Power-Saving Mode
Power-saving mode can disable the GPS module, so we recommend disabling it for Proxima Cloud CRM.
Open Settings → Apps → Proxima Cloud CRM.
Open Battery settings and set it to Unrestricted.
