When closing a call, you may see a significant distance displayed:
Or receive a message at the bottom of the CRM system indicating that not all permissions have been granted.
Below, we outline the necessary settings to check on your device.
1. Checking and Enabling GPS for the System
If the CRM system shows a message about missing permissions, tap on it. A new window will open - select Allow.
Alternatively, go to your tablet's Settings, navigate to Apps, and find Proxima Cloud CRM.
Open the Location section and ensure that:
- Location access is set to Always.
- Precise Location is enabled.
2. Checking the GPS Module
- Open the Settings on your tablet and go to Security & Privacy > Location.
- Make sure that:
- Location access is enabled.
- For Proxima Cloud CRM, the permission is set to Always.
3. Checking Power Saving Mode
Power-saving mode can disable the GPS module, affecting distance calculations. We recommend turning it off while using the CRM system.
- Open Settings, go to Battery, and check that Low Power Mode is disabled.
