This issue often arises at the beginning of a cycle period when a new cycle plan is added.
All the brands and presentations that are automatically pulled into a call depend on the cycle plan, specifically the visit type, target group, and category (if used) that are specified in the plan.
Let’s go through the steps that may help resolve the issue of missing brands and presentations in calls.
1. Check if a Cycle Plan is Assigned to the Call
Open the call card and click Edit. At the top of the card, check the Cycle Plan field.
- If a cycle plan is present, proceed to step 2.
- If a cycle plan is missing, perform a synchronization. If the issue persists after synchronization, contact technical support for assistance.
2. Check for Data Updates in the Call
-
Open the call and click Edit.
-
Find the Visit Type field.
- Click on this field and select any other available visit type. This helps the system update the link between the cycle plan and the current call.
-
After this, return to the correct Visit Type.
- If the brands and presentations are still missing, proceed to step 3.
- If the brands and presentations appeared after performing this action, but there are many visits, inform technical support of the steps you have already taken. They will be able to update the data for all the scheduled visits.
3. Check the Links Between the Cycle Plan and Call Details
- Pay attention to the Visit Type, Doctor Specialization (if it's a medical visit), or Institution Type (if it’s another type of visit), as well as the category (if used) in the scheduled call.
- Go to the Reports section: Cycle Plan - Actual.
- In the provided table, check the column Doctors/Pharmacies Quantity, Planned. It should have a value greater than 0. If the value is 0, it likely means the link was not added by your manager for the current period.
- If the Visit Type, Target Group, and Category in the call do not match the Doctors/Pharmacies Quantity, Planned column or the value is 0, you should clarify with your manager whether such visits should be conducted in the current cycle.
For example, if the Visit Type is Double Visit, which is not included in the cycle plan, brands and presentations will not be pulled automatically, but you can add them manually. - If the Visit Type, Target Group, and Category match the column, and the value is greater than 0, but brands and presentations still aren’t pulled in, inform technical support for assistance.
