Sometimes, there is a need to reschedule an already planned activity to another day. In this article, we will go through the process of doing so.
Important Note!
- Rescheduling is only possible for current and future dates.
- The activity must be in the Planned status.
- Completed or Canceled activities cannot be moved to another date.
Rescheduling is available in both Day View and Week View.
Rescheduling Calls or Tasks in Day View
- Go to the Profile section.
- Switch to Day View.
- Enter selection mode by clicking the Pencil icon.

- Select one or multiple calls/tasks by marking the required activities. You can select all calls for the day by clicking the three-line button in the top left corner.
- A button Move will appear at the bottom.
- Click Move to open a calendar window. Select the new date for the selected activities and click OK.
Rescheduling Calls or Tasks in Week View
- Go to the Profile section.
- Switch to Day View.
- Enter selection mode by clicking the Pencil icon.

- Select one or multiple calls/tasks by marking the required activities. You can select all calls for the day by clicking the three-line button in the top left corner.
- A button Move will appear at the bottom.
- After clicking the Reschedule button, a calendar window will open, where you need to select the date to which you want to move the selected activities and click OK. At the bottom of the calendar window, you will find two extra options:
- Move all activities to the same weekdays in another week. Monday will be moved to Monday, Tuesday to Tuesday, and so on.
- Move activities to a specific day. Use this option only when selecting a single day.
