Sometimes, there is a need to delete an already scheduled activity. In this article, we will cover how to delete a single call, an entire day, or a week.
Important Note!
Only activities that are in the Planned status can be deleted. Completed or Canceled activities cannot be deleted by the employee and require contacting technical support.
Deletion is available in both Day View and Week View.
Deleting a Single Call or Task.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Select the activity card you want to delete. A Delete button will appear at the bottom.
- After clicking Delete, a confirmation window will appear.
- Click Delete again to confirm, and the activity will be removed.
Deleting Calls or Tasks in Day View
- Go to the Profile section.
- Switch to Day View.
- Enter selection mode by clicking the Pencil icon.

- Select one or multiple calls/tasks by marking the required activities. You can select all calls for the day by clicking the three-line button in the top left corner.
- A Delete button will appear at the bottom.
- Click Delete to open a confirmation window. The system will display the number of calls/tasks selected for deletion. Click OK to confirm.
Deleting Calls in Week View:
- Go to the Profile section.
- Switch to Week View.
- Enter selection mode by clicking the Pencil icon.

- Select one or multiple calls/tasks by marking the required activities. You can select all calls for the week by clicking the three-line button in the top left corner.
- A Delete button will appear at the bottom.
- Click Delete to open a confirmation window. The system will display the number of calls/tasks selected for deletion. Click OK to confirm.
